“I can say with confidence that the state will provide special protection to investors who have invested their money in this project,” the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov said today, June 30, speaking during the ceremony of laying a capsule for the construction of the city of Asman in Issyk-Kul region.
Addressing development partners and investors, the Head of State stressed that large plots of land will be allocated to investors for the construction of the project, they are given a 100 percent guarantee from the state.
“We warmly welcome other investors who wish to participate in the construction of the “Asman” smart city.

With the state’s unwavering guarantee, you can commence construction swiftly and confidently, focusing solely on the successful implementation of this project. The current government will not interfere in your affairs, and we provide a comprehensive government guarantee”, Sadyr Zhaparov assured.
President emphasized that we will not tolerate any form of extortion, interference, or illicit demands from governmental bodies, security forces, or disruptive elements.
“At the same time, we promise that none of the local self-government bodies or on behalf of the local population will interfere with any illegal actions. I will personally deal with anyone who tries to create obstacles. If the slightest suspicion of illegal actions against our investors is revealed from someone’s side, then these people will be severely punished. For two and a half years, we have managed to gain respect from government officials for investors who will successfully conduct their work. We will create flexible and convenient conditions for investors to receive various benefits and permits,” the Head of State added.
The President emphasized the desire to build an ecological city that will serve as an example for other regions and contribute to the preservation of clean nature in the future. At the same time, the authorities intend to cooperate with international financial institutions and other organizations that will support the development of the city of Asman.
